the breakfast offered a big choice of options and the food tasted delicious. i found my bed to be very comfortable. parking my car on the street next to the hotel was free and easy i appreciated that.

my first impression at reception was not great the receptionist seemed unfriendly. the room lacked extra facilities such as toothpaste i found this surprising. i noticed mold in the shower which was disappointing.

I found the hotel fine. there was an amazing attention to detail with the decor. they balanced a modern feel while keeping a lot of the original features. the hotel breakfast was good. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was super clean.

the girl who welcomed us at check-in seemed unhappy, showing zero hospitality. i tried calling the hotel for about an hour on arrival day, wanting to confirm some information and let them know we would arrive late. sadly, i couldn't reach anyone, and no one called me back.

this place is in a lovely quiet area. the central location means it is convenient to get around. it's a ten minute walk to town and a five minute walk to the tram.

I found the hotel's design to be very appealing. the ramps for wheelchairs were a thoughtful addition. i also appreciated the thick walls between rooms. I never heard my neighbors.

mixed experience with some shortcomings

I found the shower less than satisfactory. It lacked power. additionally, the tv placement in the suite was odd. i had to strain my neck to view it from the sofa. these issues, though minor, detracted from the overall experience.
